Vote to Amend the By-Laws

Dear Members,

As mentioned in our last general meeting, the ESQ Board voted to amend the by-laws of Evening Star Quilters and to present these changes to the Membership for approval.  Please review the changes and cast your vote either by printing a ballot and mailing it or completing the form on this page.  Thank you!

There are only a few changes.

  • The President’s term of office has been changed from two years to one year. 
  • The Vice President’s term of office has been changed from two years to one year.
  • Library Committee has been eliminated.
  • Zoom Committee has been added.
